Clare-Elizabeth Leakey

Clare is an experienced trainer with 15 years of design and delivery within the private sector to Price Waterhouse Coopers, BT, Orange, Virgin, London Electricity and Sainsbury's and local authorities including North Somerset Council, Dorset Council, Tewkesbury Council, Gloucestershire Council and women's support networks, including Weymouth College Women's Enterprise.

Clare specialises in and is passionate about Springboard,  the No.1 personal development programme for women worldwide.

Clare is a managment trainer, a qualified psychotherapist and practises in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Clare is a Director of Portfolio Learning.

Chris Cockell

Chris has extensive experience within service and customer focused industries where internal personnel development has been consistently the key to success for increased business levels and higher profitability. These have included: Norwich Union, Ingersoll Rand, Prudential and Blackhorse Estate Agents.

Chris specialises in the corporate business sector, with particular emphasis on relationship management, with a specific focus on increasing client volumes and business levels.

Chris is a Director of Portfolio Learning.

Jennifer Hampson

Jennifer Hampson has delivered management development and leadership programmes worldwide and has worked extensively in South America, South Africa, and Europe as a trainer, consultant and business coach. Her strength lies in working in partnership with her clients to create measurable and sustainable improvements. Her highly practical approach means that learning is immediately applicable and she is particularly adept at motivating clients to take action.  She is committed to helping clients create a coaching culture and does this is a practical, motivating yet challenging way through sound advice, a renowned programme of coaching workshops, and a long-term supportive relationship.

Jennifer is a qualified Coach with an Advanced Diploma in Coaching (Distinction) from The Coaching Academy. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the Institute of Business Consulting, and graduated with a BA Joint Honours Degree in Spanish and French from Queen's University Belfast.

Angela Davey

Angela is an experienced trainer. She has 12 years experience in design and delivery of bespoke training, including Customer Care, Marketing and Management Training.

Angela has held a senior management position for the past seven years. This has provided her with a good all round knowledge of HR, People Development and Team Motivation.

Angela is passionate about customer service and specialises in management training.


Carole Hill

Carole is an HR professional with twenty years design and delivery expertise in both the public and private sectors. Carole is a CIPD assessor, managing the delivery of a range of professional qualifications for HR personnel. She designs and delivers a suite of HR learning events including absence management, performance management, role profiling and disciplinary and grievance.

Carole also specialises in personal and organisational development providing bespoke events for our clients including developing managers, team building, train the trainer, coaching techniques, managing conflict, and developing potential. As well as her HR qualifications, Carole is a licensed practitioner of NLP.

Rob Sheridan

Rob has had an extensive and successful career within senior management and his own companies. This has provided him with a particularly broad understanding of people management and the importance of creating focused, clear and motivated teams in order to ensure affective results.

Rob is an accomplished trainer, a vocation which has evolved from eleven years teaching. Rob's specialisation is wide ranging, but with particular emphasis on change management, people skills and team building.

Jo Heath

Jo is an Equality Professional. She is a member of the Institute of Business Consultants and is also listed on the National Consultancy Register for the Learning Skills Council and Skills Brokerage Consortium.

Jo specialises in Equality and Diversity Management Programmes and Impact Assessment Audits for both the public and private sector.

She is an innovative training and development professional with a passionate approach to enabling team development through individual empowerment. Jo delivers training in an innovative and creative style and uses her own background and life experiences to help others explore their thinking and find their own practical solutions to equality issues.

Colin Salter MBA

Colin became a freelance trainer/consultant in 1990. Prior to that, he had a varied experience in management, ranging from banking, to public transport operations, and as Head of Professional Programmes at North Warwickshire College.

His passion for cycling, combined with his commitment to turn opportunities into action, led to the formation of a business which marketed customised mountain bikes to football clubs. Customers included Leicester City and Reading.

Colin has worked with a broad range of organisations in terms of size and sector, and at all levels of management. He recently played a significant role in delivering a four year management development programme with the Department for Work and Pensions.

Dr Sharon Morris

Dr Sharon Morris, a former mental health nurse, is a legally trained equality consultant with 18 years experience of working with the public and voluntary sectors, and is a published academic on equalities issues in employment.

Her particular expertise is in assisting organisations develop, improve and deliver workable, compliant equality schemes and projects that integrate equality into the day to day working life in a proportionate way, which includes training staff at all levels, making the equality laws accessible, and demonstrating their practical relevance to staff in their different roles.
